In accordance with the letter of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., dated 10.01.2020 and numbered BİAŞ-2-226, regarding the unusual price and volume movements over our Company's shares, as per the 8th article of Capital Markets Board's Material Events Communique, titled "Unusual Price and Quantity Movements", there are no material events related with our Company, which have not yet been disclosed to public.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
