A Corporate Governance Rating Agreement on Corporate Governance Principles has been signed with Kobirate Uluslararası Kredi Derecelendirme ve Kurumsal Yönetim Hizmetleri A.Ş. (Kobirate), officially authorized to perform rating in accordance with Corporate Governance Principles of Capital Market Board (CMB) on February 20, 2025, for one-year period and the agreement is valid until February 20, 2026.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
