In
March 2021, we signed an agreement with the government of Uzbekistan
for the construction of a natural gas combined cycle power plant in the
Khorezm Province of Uzbekistan and the guaranteed dollar-indexed sale of
electricity generated from the plant to the National Electricity Grid
of Uzbekistan (NEGU). The power plant in Uzbekistan, which we started
construction in September 2021, started its first production in a record
time of six months. Today our power plant continues to generate
electricity with an installed capacity of 174 MW and its directly
connected to the country's national electricity transmission grid and
used to meet the country's electricity needs. We are pleased to be
contributing to the growth of the energy sector in Uzbekistan.⚡
