ODAŞ was included with two companies in the "GPTW - Turkey's Best Employers 2024" list organised by the Great Place to Work Institute (GPTW), which provides services on workplace culture and employee satisfaction on a global scale, this year due to its efforts to become an employer brand. Suda Maden, a subsidiary of ODAŞ, was ranked first in the 50 – 99 employees’ category with the votes of its employees. With a total score of 100 out of 100, Suda Maden received "full marks" from its employees and topped the list in its first year. ODAŞ Headquarters was also included in the same list in 26th place.
