With the Uzbekistan natural gas combined cycle power plant with a total installed capacity of 174 MWe, we make a significant contribution to energy supply and meet the energy needs of approximately 500,000 households with the energy we produce.
In March 2021, we signed an agreement with the government of Uzbekistan for the construction of a natural gas combined cycle power plant with a total installed capacity of 174 MWe in Khorezm City, Uzbekistan and the sale of the electricity generated from the plant to National Electric Grid of Uzbekistan-NEGU. The electricity generated at this power plant is directly connected to the country's national electricity transmission grid and is used to meet the country's demand for electricity.
