The procedures with regards to exercising the rights to purchase new shares (right of preference) in relation to increasing our company’s issued capital of 294,742,951 TRY to 600,000,000 TRY with an increase by 305,257,049 TRY were completed on 04.02.2020.
The total nominal value is 24,998,629,001 TRY for the shares corresponding to our partners’ rights to purchase new shares that were not exercised within the period of time designated to exercise their rights to purchase new shares, and the remaining shares will be offered for sale in the Primary Market of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. through Şeker Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. for 2 working days between February 06-07, 2020 at the price to appear in the Primary Market of Borsa İstanbul A.Ş., provided that the share price with the nominal value of 1 TRY is not less than 1 TRY.
The Sales Announcement to Savings Holders including the attached public offering rules is available on the websites of the Public Disclosure Platform, www.kap.org.tr, our Company, www.odasenerji.com, and Şeker Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş., www.sekeryatirim.com.tr, which will act as an intermediary for the public offering.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
