Pursuant to the Sales Announcement to Savings Holders available in our Company statement dated 05.02.2020, the sales of the entire shares with a nominal value of TRY 24,998,629 remaining after the exercise of our share holders’ rights to purchase new shares (preemption) concluded on 06.02.2020 (today) after the said shares having been offered for sale in the Borsa İstanbul A.Ş. Primary Market.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
