16.01.2020- Result of the CMB Application for Paid Capital Increase

The Capital Markets Board application for increasing the issued capital of 294,742,951 Turkish Liras to 600,000,000 Turkish Liras by making an increase of 305,257,049 Turkish Liras, was approved on 16.01.2020 and has been noticed us today.

In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
