The Capital Markets Board application for increasing the issued capital of 294,742,951 Turkish Liras to 600,000,000 Turkish Liras by making an increase of 305,257,049 Turkish Liras against a full cash payment within our Company’s registered capital determined to be 600,000,000 Turkish Liras, was approved on 16.01.2020 and notified us on 17.01.2020.
Our shareholders are entitled to purchase new shares up to 103.5672% of their current shareholding.
▪ The right to purchase new shares (preemption) can be exercised for a period of 15 days from 21.01.2020 to 04.02.2020 in accordance with the principles set out in the prospectus.
▪ The nominal value of one share will be 1 Turkish Lira and 1 lot (1 share) will be offered for sale for 1 Turkish Lira for exercise of the right to purchase new shares (preemption).
▪ The prospectus regarding the capital increase is available on the websites of the Public Disclosure Platform (www.kap.org.tr), our Company (www.odasenerji.com) and Şeker Yatırım Menkul Değerler A.Ş. (www.sekeryatirim.com.tr), which is authorized to act as a sales intermediary for the public offering.
The shares remaining after the exercise of the right to purchase new shares (preemption) will be offered to the public at the quoted price being not less than the nominal value for a period of 2 business days.
