The application for the amendments of Article 6 has been approved and notified by Capital Markets Board on 16.01.2020 and published at Turkey Trade Registry Gazette on 25.03.2020
The updated version the Articles of Association are in the attachment.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
