The Share Sales Information Form application under article 27 titled “The Obligation to Issue Information Form for Shareholders of Partnerships the Shares of which are Traded on the Exchange” in the Shares Communiqué no. VII-128.1 of the Capital Markets Board, as mentioned in the ODAS Group’s material disclosures dated 12.01.2022 and 03.02.2022, drawn up on the conversion of such shares to publicly traded shares with a view to enabling the sale thereof in the stock exchange, was approved at the Capital Markets Board meeting dated 10.02.2022 no. 7/176.
