The Share Transfer Agreement signed for the transfer of all of our shares in Ena Elektrik Üretim Limited Company, in which we participated by 80% as stated in the Material Event Disclosure dated 01.07.2015, has been terminated as of today and the transfer of all of our shares to an individual person over the paid-in capital has been completed today by taking into account that the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of hydroelectric power plant investments are not smilar within our expectations.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this document, the Turkish version shall prevail.
